The golf swing is a series of interrelated movements sequenced to form a means to strike a ball with an instrument in order to direct it at a desired target. Controlling the instrument in a manner that provides for power and accuracy is the task. The geometry, or relationships, of how each component of the motion fit together and allow for continuous uninterrupted movement is the education needed to facilitate the construction of a reliable golf stroke.

The golf swinging motion can be divided between two types of movements, voluntary and involuntary. The voluntary movements are the movements to be made. The involuntary movements are the ones that happen naturally and are the result of the voluntary ones. The inability to separate these types is the downfall of modern golf instruction.

The process of engineering a golf swing begins with a thorough evaluation of your current golf stroke. Simply stated, you have to know what you are doing right now before you do something instead of what you are doing right now. With the use of V1 digital video motion analysis, the reasons why you are experiencing the results you are getting will be clearly and concisely demonstrated. A plan is then organized consisting of replacement components for the flawed ones that are currently plaguing your golf game. Then, you are coached through the process of change with supervised rehearsal repetitions designed to afford you the ability to find your own "feels" for reproducing these precision mechanics.

Whatever your current level of golf, improvement is available. From beginning golfer to touring professional, how much precision you build into your current swing procedure is your decision. It is our pride and our passion to help move you towards a more uncompensated stroke pattern.
